Refund Policy

Cancellation Before Processing

Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours after payment has been received, provided that the customization process has not started yet.

Customized Products

All book covers are individually created according to the customer's requirements. Since each design is made specifically for one customer and cannot be resold, cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds cannot be accepted once the design process has started.

Once work on the customized design has started, cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds are generally not available, as the product is being created specifically for the customer.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including the correct book title, author name, and any other details required for customization. Sarah Book Design is not responsible for delays or additional changes caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

Revisions and Adjustments

Minor adjustments may be included depending on the order. Requests for major changes or a complete redesign after the customization process has started may require an additional fee.

Digital Files

Once final digital files have been delivered, refunds are generally not available, except in cases where the delivered files contain a technical error or do not match the agreed order requirements.
